Richard J. Dragon, D.M.D.
Dr. Dragon graduated from Washington University in Saint Louis, MO in 1982. He then served in the US Navy for three years at the Fallon Naval Air Station. In 1985, Dr. Dragon opened his practice in Gardnerville and has practiced there ever since.
To stay abreast of the latest techniques and technology available in dentistry today Dr. Dragon is a member of the American Dental Association, the Nevada Dental Association and the Northern Nevada Dental Society. In addition, Dr. Dragon has served his peers for seven years as a director of the Alpenglow Dental Study Club a subsidiary of the Seattle Study Club, a national organization, dedicated to the professional growth of local dentists.
Dr. Dragon has completed a four year course in continuing education at The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education located in Key Biscayne, Florida. The proud father of three sons, Dr Dragon has been married to his wife, Barbara, for 29 years. Joshua is a 2006 graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and is presently praciticing his trade as a Civil Engineer; Joseph is a student at the University of Nevada, Reno where he is persuing a degree in Economics and Finance; and David, is now attending the University of Nevada, Reno to begin his studies in Engineering with an eye on pursuing a career in Architecture.
Jon A Kulesa, D.D.S.
Dr. Kulesas performed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis and graduated in 1987. He then went on to the University of Washington, School of Dentistry from which he graduated in 1991. Dr. Kulesa stayed in the Seattle area and established a solo practice where he practiced for 14 years. He joined Dragon Dental in 2006 as an associate and works on a part-time basis in our office.
Born and raised in San Jose, California, Dr. Kulesa has been enjoying recreational activities in the Reno/Carson/Tahoe area most of his life. Having sold his practice in Seattle, Dr. Kulesa came to the area to be closer to his aging father who still lives in San Jose.
Dr Kulesa is a member of the American Dental Association, the Nevada Dental Association and the Northern Nevada Dental Society. He has participated in professional continuing education through the Seattle Study Club in Seattle, WA, is certified in Invisalign orthodontic treatment and currently receiving training through The Pankey institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, FL.
