Richard J. Dragon, D.M.D.

 

Dr. Dragon graduated from Washington University in Saint Louis, MO in 1982. He then served in the US Navy for three years at the Fallon Naval Air Station.  In 1985, Dr. Dragon started his practice in Gardnerville and has practiced there ever since. 

Dr Dragon has stayed abreast of the latest techniques and technology available in dentistry today. He served for seven years as a director of the Alpenglo Dental Study Club a subsidiary of the Seattle Study Club, a national organization, dedicated to the professional growth of local dentists,  

Dr Dragon is a member of the:

Dr. Dragon is presently attending The Pankey Institute located in Key Biscayne, Florida. The Pankey Institute is a unique educational experience offering advanced training for those dentists who want to be the best.  Dr. Dragon presently has 200+ hours of continuing education at the institute and plans to become a Pankey Scholar, a fraternity which requires considerable time and effort to which only a few belong. Dr Dragon has been married to his wife, Barbara, for 28 years.  They have three sons; Joshua is a recent graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and is presently praciticing his trade as a  Civil Engineer;  Joseph is a sophomore at the University of Nevada, Reno where he is beginning his studies in Economics; and David, will soon be attending the University of Nevada Reno to begin his studies in structural engineering. 

 

Jon A Kulesa, D.D.S.

Dr. Kulesas performed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis and graduated in 1987, he then went on to the University of Washington, School of Dentistry from which he graduated in 1991. Dr. Kulesa stayed in the Seattle area and established a solo practice where he practiced for 14 years.

 

Dr. Kulesa was born and raised in San Jose, California and has been enjoying recreational activities in the Carson Tahoe area most of his life.  Having sold his successful practice, Dr. Kulesa came to Gardnerville to be closer to his aging father who still lives in San Jose. 

 

Dr Kulesa is currently a member of the:

• Seattle Study Club
• Pankey institute

With the addition of Dr. Kulesa to  Dragon Dental, we are now open Monday through Friday with more treatment options offered “in house”, as well as additional hygiene appointment times to help patients with their busy schedules .  Dr. Kulesa strengthens our team and ability to serve our patients.
