Dr. Dragon
Dr. Dragon is highly educated in the field of dentistry and ranks as one of the most experienced dentists in the state of Nevada. Possessing a blend of excellence in character and experience is evident by the number of patients that have not only stayed and choose to continually be served by Dragon Dental Medicine Group but have done so for multiple decades.
Dr. Dragon graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in Saint Louis, MO in 1982. He then served in the US Navy for three years at the Fallon Naval Air Station in Fallon, NV. In 1985, Dr. Dragon opened his private practice in Gardnerville, Nevada while maintaining a growing, thriving and teaching practice.
He has served organized dentistry for the last 14 years and was President of the Nevada Dental Association in 2018-2019. He is currently on the Council on Government Affairs Committee for the NDA, the legislative “voice” for the profession and the patients that are served. He was also one of three Nevada dentists appointed as a delegate to the American Dental Association as an ongoing advocate for the profession at the national level.
His past and current pioneering lobbying efforts have created significant policy change and he continues to fight on behalf of the dental profession and the patients to get the coverage they deserve.

- Compassion Community Clinic in Sparks, NV Dr. Dragon volunteer's his services there which provides free dental care for members in our communities who are in need.
- Inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Academy in 2016 for his service to the dental community
Dr. Dragon, along with his late wife Barb, raised three Nevada-born sons in the Carson Valley. Dr. Dragon is Poppi to seven grandchildren, enjoys woodworking, hiking, scuba diving, and playing chess.
He loves making his Mama’s Chicken Cacciatore and his favorite candy bar is a Payday.
